Quinoa and Black Beans Recipe

I really enjoy this super easy and delicious healthy dish.  I hope you do too!

Serves: 4

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup uncooked organic whole grain quinoa, rinsed
  • 1 can (19 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 small yellow onion, diced
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 chicken bouillon cube
  • 2 cups water

  1. whoa, I’ll have to try this one, and check the video out as well! Thanks for sharing this, I’m glad it looks both delicious and healthy. If I can’t find black beans, do you think you can subtitute it with other beans?
